An inkling of what the rubble rouser Malaysian Insider is trying to do?

Malaysia has no official religion, says constitutional expert

What a myopic opinion!

And what a naive piece of writing!

Article 3 of the Malaysian Constitution:

1.  “ Islam is the religion of the Federation; but other religions may be practised in peace and harmony in any part of the Federation.”

2.  The Ruler is the head of the religion of Islam

3.  The states without a Ruler, the YDP Agong acts as the head.

Besides Article 3, there are many other references made to Islam as the Official Religion of Malaysia;

·      That Secularism is rejected in Malaysia

·      Islamic education can be promoted in Malaysia at the expense of the tax-payers money

·      Islamic institutions and Mosques can be built at the expense of the tax-payer

·      The only other judicial system other than the Civil & Criminal permitted is the Syariah

·      Missionary preaching among Muslims in Malaysia is regulated, that is it can be done by local Islamic authorities only.

There are many other references to Islam in the Constitution that classifies Islam as the Official religion of Malaysia.

One wonders what the ‘learned’ (if he is) Bar Council’s Head of the Constitutional committee has to say, to the written Malaysian Constitution. Or maybe he does not comprehend simple English.

When Islam has been stated as the religion of the state it means ‘Official’ it is as simple as that.

The so-called Constitutional expert is trying to gain into the limelight by trying to be controversial!

One wonders what the Bar Council is made up of?

Further one wonders why the Malaysian Insider prefers to mislead and circumnavigate from the issue at hand.

Raja Petra Kamuruddin

To begin, RPK’s slogan to your blog “Source of Independent News” is but a laugh!!!! For his blog swears by The Most Lob-side news that is merely to promote him and his one-track mind

In response to his claim that he did not accuse and implicate Datuk Najib and Rosmah with the killing of Altantuyu;

RPK, once and for all stop being a fake, you have been a phony all your life. You cannot be counted with the rest of us Malaysians, so you had to seek an attention seeking way out – write rubbish to get into the news.

From your days at VI you have been troublesome. It was your father’s pushy influence that saw to your admission at VI never on merit. Then when you became a misfit among the brighter students, you turned into a frenzied attention-seeking maniac. And you ran into trouble at every nook and corner at school.

As an adult, your failure in life, again saw you turn into the same attention-seeking maniac. You began to hide behind the skirt of your wife to strike out al all others.

Everyone was wrong in your eyes except the failed megalomaniac in you. The history of Malaysia is wrong, Independence of Malaysia was wrong, May 13th accounts were wrong, Tun Dr Mahathir was wrong, Abdullah Badawi was wrong and then, Datuk Najib is wrong, only Raja Petra is the right.

After having dragged Najib and Rosmah through the dirt, now you declare that you never collaborated or character assassinated by publishing depredatory articles and printing doctored false photographs of the PM. (what more by a elected opposition member) What more, he went through the trouble of taking out a Statutory Declaration. What a bogus sham you are!

You are not merely a fake and a bluff but a traitor! - A traitor is one who would abandon and ditch his daughters and sons and run away to safety, to save his own neck. One who runs not wanting to fight another day but to criticise from afar! Living out of the money of others. One who saves his soul to live in comfort when financed by some greedy jealous zealot?

Next, RPK has the audacity to talk of credibility!
When his own credibility is the most dubious in Malaysia!

This fellow took so much trouble to swear and take out a Statutory Declaration to implicate Datin Rosmah with the murder of Altantuyu, which he later published.

He had abetted to accuse Rosmah of being involved in the murder by saying that ever the 'flip-flop' PM of that time had with him a report from Military Intelligence, which was in the safe hands of Khairi of the incident.

Further he had collaborated by mentioning that that the Rulers were in the know of the matter.

Having gone through so much trouble to implicate, point, imply, insinuate  and accuse Rosmah and Najib of being the “murderers” of Altantuyu, now he tries to absolve himself – so much for his credibility and honesty.

Credibility and Honesty has always been the furthest thing associated with the bluffing RPK to get into the news. He would even murder his own mother to get into the news!

This is addressed to one Martin Jalleh (or whatever your real name is)

I have seen your article here and there and decided I would not read such trash any more. This time a friend happened to send your bias set of trash and here my opinion;

You have been a frustrated old agitator for years. Malaysia gave you a place to live in and a place to work, and shit in, and have turned into an old blungling old fool. You are the most ungrateful person I have ever seen.

You have been trying to get the nonMalays to rise against the Government for some personal selfish reasons. You have metamorphosised into a fraught, canine devil as seen through your howling, cat-calls and vents.

This piece of writing, (if one cal call it writing) is another crowning effort by this pendatang.
One just cannot fathom why you are so myopic as to Anwar’s agenda. Anwar is leading the opposition for his own selfish reason, not for the people and country.
You accuse of UMNO being a spin-doctor when we are dealing with one of the biggest one of all, you.
Admittedly, we are ‘Bolehland’ AND PROUD OF IT, of what your original homeland of you, pendatang could not provide you, so you had to seek greener pastures. You have to get out of your syndrome of self-deception, delusion and denial.
You are one who cannot accept the truth, especially of Anwar affairs.
The laugh of the day, you top Tunku Abdul Aziz as a respected public figure when he is in your class. He is another old frustrated rant!

Everything is a circus for you, when the fact remains that you are the Circus Ringmaster.
You have been ranting, and raving all your life. If life is so bad in Bolehland, ever thought of moving on to your kind of heaven.
Wake up man! It is not very strange that you are always right while everything around you is wrong? Everything and everybody around you in Malaysia is wrong except you!

You are a disgrace to society and “your” kind of people you support, the posterior minded people.
Your tantrums of temper, play up of your theatrics, your low-down threats and taunts and you meandering the truth, always comes to nought.

You accuse others of being politically bankrupt when it is you reflecting a mirror image of yourself - Ever thought about it?

You being the expert in all affairs give you zero credibility and credence - Ever thought about it?

Learn to reflect!

malayVoice: Why grunt and grumble about the living condition in Malaysia

malayVoice: Why grunt and grumble about the living condition in Malaysia

Why grunt and grumble about the living condition in Malaysia

Hi
Cyber space is crowed with junk condemning the Malays and how the country is run

It is indeed very sad, very sad that Malaysia is such a terrible place to live in!
To keep it short, if Malaysia is such a disgusting place, then may I suggest alternative places for you immigrants to seek refuge;
China
India
Bangla maybe to suggest a few etc

Go back to your forefather's country of origin, I am sure it is either Indian or China.

In these countries and many more in Africa you will find life a bliss so why stay here and be unhappy.

In these countries like India and China you will find all the pleasures of life you seek!
So why stay here, and grumble when you can have the best, without;
  • I have to pay an extra RM50 for each credit card.
  • GST (goods and services tax). Again, how does that benefit me?
  • I have to pay for security guards because the  police are hopeless.
  • I have to install filters because the water supply is dirty.
  • I have to watch satellite tv because the government broadcasts crap.
  • Many kids have to go for tuition or to private schools because the government schools are bad.
  • We have to pay IPPs (independent power providers) because the government cannot provide consistent electricity.
  • We have to pay Indah Water to clean up the sewers.
  • We have to pay tax on foreign cars because Mahathir wants to keep his dying local car industry alive.
  • Most have to drive because the government cannot provide good public transport.
  • We have to pay to sustain the government's affirmative action policies.
  • We have to pay for private health care because the public hospitals are crowded .
 Why do you have to put up with;
  • 1. The Bank Bumiputra twin scandals in the early 1980s saw US$1 billion (RM3.2 billion in 2008 ringgit)
    2. The Maminco attempt to corner the world tin market in the 1980s is believed to have cost some US$500 million. (RM1.6 billion)
    3. Betting in foreign exchange futures cost Bank Negara Malaysia RM30 billion in the 1990s.
    4. Perwaja Steel resulted in losses of US$800 million (RM2.56 billion). Eric Chia, was charged with corruption for allegedly steering US$20 million (RM64 million) to a Hong Kong-based company
    5. Use of RM10 billion public funds in the Valuecap Sdn. Bhd. operation to shore up the stock market
    6. Banking scandal of RM700 million losses in Bank Islam
    7. The sale of M.V. Agusta by Proton for one Euro making a loss of €75.99 million (RM 348 million)
    8. Wang Ehsan from oil royalty on Terengganu RM7.4 billion from 2004 – 2007
    9. For the past 10 years since Philharmonic Orchestra was established, this orchestra has swallowed a total of RM500 million. Hiring a kwai-lo CEO with salary of more than RM1 M per annum !!
    10. In Advisors Fees, Mahathir was paid RM180,000, Shahrizat Abdul Jalil (women and social development affairs) RM404,726 and Abdul Hamid Othman (religious) RM549,675 per annum
    11. The government has spent a total of RM3.2 billion in teaching Maths and Science in English over the past five years. Out of the amount, the government paid a whopping RM2.21 billion for the purchase of information and computer technology (ICT) equipments which it is unable to give a breakdown. Govt paid more than RM6k per notebook vs per market price of less than RM3k through some new consortiums that setup just to transact the notebook deal. There was no math & science content for the teachers and the notebooks are all with the teachers' children now.
    12. The commission paid for purchase of jets and submarines to two private companies Perimeker Sdn Bhd and IMT Defence Sdn Bhd amounted to RM910 million.
    13. RM300 million to compensate Gerbang Perdana for the RM1.1 billion “Crooked Scenic Half-Bridge”
    14. RM1.3 billion have been wasted building the white elephant Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) facilities on cancellation of the Malaysia-Singapore scenic bridge
    15. RM 100 million on renovation of Parliament building and leaks
    16. National Astronaut Programme - RM 40 million
    17. National Service Training Programme - yearly an estimate of RM 500 million
    18. Eye on Malaysia - RM 30 million and another RM5.7 million of free ticket
    19. RM 4.63 billion, ’soft-loan’ to PKFZ
    20. RM 2.4 million on indelible ink
    21. Samy announced in September 2006 that the government paid compensation amounting to RM 38.5 billion to 20 highway companies. RM 380 million windfalls for 9 toll concessionaires earned solely from the toll hike in 2008 alone.
    22.. RM32 million timber export kickbacks involving companies connected to Sarawak Chief Minister and his family.
    Bailouts –
    23.. Two bailouts of   Malaysia Airline System RM7.9 billion. At a time when MAS incurring losses every year, RM1.55 million used to buy three paintings to decorate its chairman's (Munir) office. 24. Putra transport system bailout which cost RM4.486 billion.
    25. STAR-LRT bailout costing RM3.256 billion.
    26. National Sewerage System bailout costing RM192.54 million.
    27. Seremban-Port Dickson Highway bailout costing RM142 million.
    28. Kuching Prison bailout costing RM135 million.
    29.. Kajian Makanan dan Gunaan Orang Islam bailout costing RM8.3 million.
    30. Le Tour de Langkawi bailout costing RM 3.5 Million.
    31. Wholesale distribution of tens of millions of shares in Bursa Malaysia under guise of NEP to cronies, children and relatives of BN leaders and Ministers worth billions of ringgits.
    32. APs scandal had been going on year-after-year going back for more than three decades, involving a total mind-boggling sum of tens of billions of ringgits.
    33. Alienation of tens of thousands of hectares of commercial lands and forestry concessions to children and relatives of BN leaders and Ministers worth tens of billions of ringgits.
    34. Travel around Malaysia and see for yourself how many white elephants like majestic arches, roads paved with fanciful bricks, designer lamp posts, clock towers, Municipal Council buildings that looks more like Istanas, extravagant places of worship, refurbishment of residences of VIPs, abandoned or under-utilised government sports complexes and buildings, etc! Combined they could easily amount to the hundreds of billions of ringgits!
    35. Since 1997, Petronas has handed out a staggering 30 billion ringgit in natural gas subsidies to IPPs who were making huge profits. In addition, there were much wastages and forward trading of Petronas oil in the 1990s based on the low price of oil then. Since the accounts of Petronas are for the eyes of Prime Minister only, we have absolutely no idea of the amount.

It is not enough you have been given a place to make money, study (free at that, most of the time), find peace and harmony, a roof to live under, in most case wonderful places to live in, pray in whatever way you want to, money to spend, the freedom of communication through the Internet, and a place to shit!
You want more, so the best for all, is for you to go back to where you originated from.
